This shake makes a great breakfast and awesome snack. It’s filling and it’s only 5 ingredients! As you may know, I like simple recipes with very few steps and ingredients that taste delicious. And that is exactly what this is! This recipe is SO simple and SO freggin yummy!
- 1 cup of the milk of your choice
- 10 Strawberries (frozen or fresh, both work)
- 1 Banana (frozen or fresh)
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Teaspoon Honey
- 2 Scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
